Kalios range of Balsamics is expanding with a new recipe.

Unique, our White Balsamic is distinguished by its grape variety: it is made from moschofilero, sabbatiano & alepo grapes grown and selected with care in the heart of the Peloponnese in Nema.

To obtain this elixir, our balsamic is aged in oak barrels for just one year, no more, no less.

The result is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, with notes of candied fruit, citrus and green wood.

More fruity, like white wine, its notes are a perfect match for sauces, marinades, fish and vegetables.

Our tip: Our white balsamic doesn’t discolor, making it ideal for deglazing or as a subtle accompaniment to pastries.
